I suggest u change
DSmailrelayerverip.com
to
DSMail.Relay.IPV4.ADDRESS
eg
DS192.168.100.1
and see if it works.
one point to note is, that ur ISP relay server shld allow u to relay
SMTP. (But it does not hv to do the problem u r facing now)
