Contact your ISP, if they have properly given a relay to your IPs. Or you can make your own SMTP server without using the ISP one. Edit /etc/sendmail.cf and change 127.0.0.1 --> Public IP And vi /etc/mail/relay-domains and give the IP block of your network. You can use this as your SMTP server. HTH...
