well, i did find a wywigyg tool, but it was under a propreitory license, with some flexibility. could not find the exact details of the license. interesting tool, that runs in a browser.

From a cursory glance:
Interesting editor - based on the new RTE (Rich text editing) feature in modern browsers. At 45 pounds (Roughly Rs. 4000) it is quite cheap as compared to dreamweaver though. But obviously cant have most of the other features of dreamweaver - projects, templates, php editing, etc. This is just a standalone editor.
