Most of the people using Tally have become set in their ways. Will they be willing to change their ways o working? Remember that most of them are accountants and I hope we all now how exciting and adventurous that line of work is (all irony intended ).

Tally is a part of the official curriculum of CA (not very sure about this). Writing a converter for the data is the last part of the battle, who will make these people want to change?

This argument can be applied for the M$ Exchange too. Data is just one part that is locked in Exchange. The mindset and the "comfort factor" is a bigger hurdle.

Just my 50p contribution. Please feel free to prove me wrong.
