Firstly, I would have gone one by one and given a civilized to every point made by you but you don't deserve that. Secondly, if at all you have got some common sense, let me give it a long shot. What do you think is illegal? Posting a link on the website withougt accompanying license statement or clicking a link ? Did I justify that it was legal when the question was raised? I asked for more information regarding that particular link. Go through the license of "Linux Kernel Driver" which clearly states that it is under GPL.
