Firstly, I would have gone one by one and given a civilized to every
point made by you but you don't deserve that.

Secondly, if at all you have got some common sense, let me give it a
long shot. What do you think is illegal? Posting a link on the website
withougt accompanying license statement or clicking a link ? Did I
justify that it was legal when the question was raised?  I asked for
more information regarding that particular link.

Go through the license of "Linux Kernel Driver" which clearly states
that it is under GPL.

Finally, when was the last time you had been to the doctor?
