Hi list, I know this is something awkward requirement, but i need it for benchmarking a java/oracle based product. I have a 4 CPU Xenon processors (ML570 G2) with 4 GB RAM installed with Redhat linux 8.0.
Requirement is i want to disable 1st cpu & check performance , disable 2nd cpu & check performance , Disable 3rd cpu & chek performance respectively & to check gains/performance. Is there any way i disable them *without* physically removing CPUs? Thanks Yash _______________________________________________ ilugd mailinglist -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://frodo.hserus.net/mailman/listinfo/ilugd Archives at: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.user-groups.linux.delhi http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/
