  you might want to rephrase your query in a more succint manner so that 
crystal balls are not required.
  eg saying " both the cards need to display the same thing" doesnt make sense. 
the same what? application/background/desktop?
  if my crytal ball's correct, you want some kinda stereoscopic display  like 
the one provided by the nvidia quadro dual-head cards.
  you need to spawn two instances of the X on each framebuffer (if you  are 
using frame buffer); the second instance of X needs to be started  with the -rv 
option as gora rightly pointed out.
  like gaurav says "what is negative display?" does it refer to the physical or 
the psychosomatic characteristics?
