Well, it worked without a hitch for me, perhaps I have my browser
encoding set to UTF8 by default. If the hosting is the only issue,
and if the license permits we could keep a copy on the linux-delhi or
linux-india sites.
I personally haven't read the document to validate whether or not it's
useful and accurate -- someone with better Hindi skills than I would
have to do that.
