Here is a final agenda for the meeting:
1. Presentation of the first edition of the e-zine: Atul will have
this ready on some website by then.
2. Technical presentation: Raj Mathur, Gora Mohanty
The IndLinux server sponsored by NRCF, AU-KBC

The Anna University, K. B. Chandrashekhar Centre (AU-KBC) wing
of the National Resource Centre for FOSS (NRCF) has sponsored
a server for use by IndLinux. This is available for hosting
open-source projects, with some link to Indian language computing.
We might also be willing to host other FOSS projects, with a
significant involvement of Indian developers, or working in an area
of particular relevance to India.
Raj Mathur will describe the facilities offered to projects
hosted on the server, and Gora Mohanty will provide an introduction
to the projects already available on the server.
3. Freedel 2007 planning: Major changes in the event have been
discussed, though not so many people are aware of them. Please
plan on showing up if you are interested in Freedel. Among other
things, what will be discussed is sponsorship/participation
guidelines for the event.
4. Any questions related to the forthcoming elections. I especially
encourage people thinking of running for posts to attend the
meeting.
As a reminder, the meeting will be held at 2pm, Sun., April, 29th,
at the Bio-Informatics Centre of the Jawaharlal Nehru University.
This is located next to the administration building inside the JNU
campus, and you can catch DTC bus 615 (Minto Rd. - Poorvanchal
Hostel) from Connaught Place.
