What is this list supposed to be about, then? We are about discourse, we are about debating different point of views on related topics, we are about advocating others' views. If this was about stifling other's freedom, then, as in many other forums, he would have been banned or atleast admonished by the moderator. Did that happen here? No, because we understand that while we can forcefully put our points across, it is Shirish's call at the end of the day to live as he wants. The same way, that even if we would forcefully push for Linux/FOSS to the common man, we would/should respect the fact that at the end of the day, it is his decision on how he wants to live his life/run his business. I don't see anything wrong in this discussion.
