I'm just investigating a mail relayed via a Hotmail relay from a non
@hotmail.com address. Following are some of the headers of the mail:

I think 65.54.246.74 is permitted by SPF record of symbi.in, which
Gmails fails to figure out.

The Hotmail relay's IP address (i.e. 65.54.246.74) falls in the
network 65.54.128.0/17 (which is part of spf-b.hotmail.com's TXT
record, which is referred in hotmail.com's TXT record, and
hotmail.com's TXT record is referred by symbi.in).
So I hope my finding is correct and Gmail's SPF authentication
mechanism is buggy, hmm...?
