You are also free to join the loco team and let us know how you can take
up responsibilities. Although we just don't hand over them to any one
who ask, we always consider new members for sharing responsibilities.

We actually do not refrain, but just ask people to think again. Loco
Teams are not LUGs, they are more formal. Having more loco teams within
the same region, especially when the total strength of the community on
the whole region is not big enough to break it down, rather leads to
confusion and unwanted politics within the region. India might be a big
country, but it's active Ubuntu community is not. As well as the Ubuntu
India Loco Team, which has gained recognized in the Ubuntu community,
itself needs more new members to take up responsibilities and keep the
team going.

Same here. Please feel free to discuss with us, if not in the public
mailing list you can always poke us in our irc channel #ubuntu-in in
freenode. We go by our code of conduct and try to solve all difference
of opinions|ideas|efforts by discussion. :)
