What are you using Rose for at the moment? Your later comment about Doxygen
being unsuitable is a little confusing, as that's a documentation tool
and not
intended for modelling.
If you are looking for a FOSS modelling tool, perhaps take a look at
ArgoUML,
though like most java apps that might be a bit heavy on system resources
for you
guys since you are running with somewhat limited RAM. There are more
lightweight
alternatives like Umbrello - however these will be less useful if you
are getting really
deep into UML.
