hmm..consider this. for an online meet
first the speakers wud give out a speech (for this they can give their content well in 
advance..so they don't have to actually speak :)
and then we cud have a discussion..but then wudn't it be a lot of commotion and 
chaos..i am not criticizing this.. just another way of thinking..and if u Have to 
discuss..then let the speaker post it on the list and we all can respond like we do.. 
hehe so we are in
the meet conceptually all the time...its just that we're not log in 'ed' at the same 
time
