We all receive emails on various servers, and download them to a local machine at place(s) of our convenience. If it is just one machine where all emails are downloaded, then archiving is not a problem. However, if we download emails at more than machine, from mutually exlusive set of servers, then there is a problem of archiving.

Illustration:

1. You may have a PC at home where you download emails from lets say a1,a2,a3....
2. You have a PC at Office, where where you download emails from b1,b2,b3....
3. You are having a PC at a Client site where you download emails c1,c2,c3....
4. You have some webmail accounts Yahoo, Hotmail etc

Now some where down the line, lets say after every 3 months or so, You the recepient, want to archive all your mails from a1,a2,a3,b1,b2,b3,c1,c2,c3 (and possibly Webmails?) probably on to a CD, and read/search these mails through an interface.

Well exporting from all these accounts and creating a dump, then choosing a frontend of your liking....too cumbersome....

Any suggestions???
