There are many implementations of logo on linux.
If the  hardware is good enough, you may find java versions of those, 
which are gauranteed to run, without major configuration issues.
Else look at the http://tacojuice.org/plnews/ site. They usually post 
the release notes of all languages on that list,and i have seen plenty 
of basic interpretters,but i am not sure if they are compliant.

Another place to look for might be what k-12LTSP is doing or look at a 
linux distro geared towards education.
