Hi, I'd like suggestions on some PHP based Open Source blog server. Please note that by blog server, I mean something like Roller ( http://rollerweblogger.org/project/), which is currently used by blogs.sun.com. Again, to be a little more precise, I would like the tool to allow people to register and manage their own individual blogs (much like wordpress.com).
I was told that Drupal provides all that I need and more. However, I thought it would be good to be sure.
