I'd like people to register on the site and host their own personal blogs. Another example would be blogger.
I guess one more issue may not have been clear in my previous mail. I wish to upload the tool on my own server. AFAIK, Wordpress allows you to create only one account. Please correct me if I am wrong because that would completely solve my trouble.
