Dear Mauro,   You need to :   (1)    change your file's *.txt or *.dbf to .pnt, in windows explorer and   (2)    open the file in notepad or WordPad, add a new row on top of X, Y and Data column and type the head of X, Y and Data column as X&, Y&, and Data&             (and ID$, if any),   (3)    then in ilwis, import this *.pnt file as from ilwis1.4 version.
