I do alot of this and it depends on what serverr they have. If the person is
on aol, forget it aol is weird adn I havne't found a fool proof way except
try and try again
There is a program called Graphic Converter, I think it is shareware

you can check out otehr shareware download sites for it too
What I do is everything in photoshop that if I am going to mail it out to
any one I use Graphic Converter and make it a gif or jpeg and keep a file
folder called for up loads or PC's
If you need to discuss this more please email me off line , there are some
