Question 1: If you are File Sharing, do you need to be? If not, turn File
Sharing off, and you won't have any problems with the ShareWay IP Personal
Bgnd Extension. If Yes, continue.

Question 2: If you do need to File Sharing on, do you need clients to
connect via TCP/IP? If not, uncheck the related box in the File Sharing
Control Panel. If Yes, continue.

Question 3: Are you using OS 9.0 - 9.0.4? If so, upgrade to 9.1 I've found
that both File Sharing and (especially) TCP/IP File Sharing can be a bit
buggy under those OS revisions.
