Personal note: Long day Wednesday. Surgery started late, delayed a bit more when they discovered Linda is allergic to penicillin. Surgery took 3-1/2 hours, not the 1-1/2 to 2 the doctor had anticipated. Additional lab tests required following recovery. Quite impressed with hospital staff, especially their candor in dealing with things. Things look promising for Linda coming home later today. Doctor is scheduled to visit her in a few minutes, and I plan on being there in about 45 minutes. As was true yesterday, the site may not see any more updates today. Everything is kinda up in the air.
