Possibly most of you know about this but some may not.

1. Make a new folder anywhere, the Desktop is fine, and call,it Desktop
Wallpaper.

2. Drag all sorts of your favorite pictures into it. JPEG's are best as they
don't use up too much memory.

3. Drop the folder loose into the System Folder. Actually you can keep it
anywhere, the System Folder is just a handy place to keep it out of the way.

4. Open your Appearance control panel and select the Desktop Pictures Tab,
in 8.1 open the Desktop Pictures Control Panel.

5. Click on the Picture button.

6. Drag your Desktop Wallpaper folder onto the simulated Desktop in the
Control Panel and Drop it there. (The folder will reappear back in its
original location so don't worry about losing it) Don't use Set Desktop or
Select Picture.

7. Close the Control Panel.

8. A dialog box will ask you if you want to set the Desktop. Say yes and a
picture will appear on your Desktop.

9. That's it. From now on everytime you start your computer you'll get a new
picture at random.

10. To add or remove pictures just drag pictures in or out from the Desktop
Wallpaper folder. The new line up of pictures will be automatically rotated
at random. This is a great way to view your photo album.

Note: Applescript has to be installed for this to work.
