Excuse an off-topic question please. Although i've been with earthlink
for a number of years with no real problems, my sister recently subscribed
with them, and has had nothing but problems. I'm ready to recommend an
alternate ISP, but which one?
Researching the web i found three ISP's, that offer lower monthly rates,
but I've never heard of them and wondering if subscribing with them
might be stepping into a quagmire.
Here are the ISP's being considered:
ISP West (ispwest.com)
Budget Surf Network (budgetsurf.net)
PGH Connect (pghconnect.com/main)
Anyone who has knowledge or experience with these ISP's, please pass
on your recommendations or cautions, as may apply.
Many thanks, Larry
