Hi, I don't know how long they have been around, but $9.95/ mo for dial up is not a bad price. The ISDN is MORE EXPENSIVE than cable. A single ISDN (64k) line from Qwest (in Mpls) is about $50/mo. A double ISDN line (128k) is about $80/mo. Both also have a "per-minute" charge of about $0.05/min. That charge can be avoided if your ISP can dial into your ISDN. There is no per-minute charge for incoming calls. Gary Fortman
