I wouldn't be concerned with low temperatures as much as what the high
temperature in the summer is. Computer equipment tends to get flaky when it
gets hot and runs better when cooler. Also, most garages I have had
experience problems with moisture build up. Be careful of this as well, you
may get corrosion inside of the modem and router.
