Just for the semantic joy of it ;) Think Different is grammatically incorrect. However, Chiat-Day has an implied message that makes the phrase not fall under grammaticaly rules.
They don't want you to "Think Different" about things in general, or it *would* be "Think Differently". They're telling you to "Think (that this mac is) Different (than all of the others you've seen)". That's why the images are of people that are different, colors are different, the "hello, again" thing is different than the "hello" of the original mac plus. They're being internet hip (Think. Different.) without the periods.
