I have recently entered a custom setting for a printed wp format along w/ the usual letter format under the Finder's page setup. What's occurring is an unpredictable switching from one setting to another, without my having selected a change. Any way to remedy this other than opening up page setup every time before I print? By the way, I often have x'd the 'save settings' on the letter or custom setup page box & when I next open up page setup I notice that the box is unchecked. Is that normal? I use a Canon S450 Printer & use OS 9.1. What's your take on this, O wise ones?
& Thanks for your various input on my question regarding using the 9.2.2 files off of applecare disk to upgrade my OS. Looks like it'd be better to not do it after reading your discussions, so I'll keep working in OS 9.1, which, up to now, has suited my needs perfectly...as far as I can tell. (Oh yes, it is TechTool Deluxe & not Pro!) Have a good one, Frank E. -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
