You get one of those every time maclaunch fails to deliver a message to your
email address.  It could happen because your mailbox is full, or because
your mail server is down at the time that the message is sent.  If it's
happening a lot, you could try talking to someone at your Internet Service
Provider, or switching to a different free email service if you're using one
of those.  Someone on the list might have a suggestion of what free email
services work well with the lists.
