Dear iMac list users (especially in Australia),

I am a newbie, forgive me. I am considering buying an iMac (I have a Centris
610 and an LC III). My wife is complaining that they are too slow for doing
word processing.
Should I upgrade? I don't want to buy new peripherals because the one's I
have work perfectly well!

What is the best (most reliable least fuss) way to connect older peripherals
to an iMac. What are other people's experience (especially in Oz)?

I have printers, modems and a DC25 Kodak camera that use the Mac Serial
port. I need both the 'printer' and 'modem' serial ports.

And I have SCSI devices include an Iomega Zip 100 drive and CD Burner.

Will my 68k version software (and drivers) run on an iMac?

Also, will Think Pascal 4.5 run on an iMac? (I still think it has the
easiest to use debugging environment I have seen).

Thanks in advance,

Michael
