For what I understand, and happen to agree with, I want as little of
Microsoft on my Mac as I can get (that's why I bought a Mac).

In fact, here's a little useless trivia:
    Microsoft Office 2001 for Mac, when closed, sends a packet through the
Internet (it hasn't been tracked yet to where or to whom) through ports
between 3000 and 4000. Scary, Microsoft knows all about my Mac....
