Can we all just throw up a white flag for now?? Every company is going to have dissatisfied customers no matter how good their product is. My last three cars have been Honda's, all have been driven over 200,000 miles with relatively few problems mainly just routine maintenance! A friend bought a Honda two years ago and has had many problems, will never buy one again!!! Consumer Reports ranks Honda near the top every year, Go Figure! Most people on this list have had good experiences with their products including AppleCare! Some People have not! This list is here to help, even when you need to vent your frustration were here to listen and try to provide some sort of constructive advice. Can we not Trash everyone else when they do not understand our problem or dissatisfaction, Conversely , we need to stop being so defensive, sometimes people get upset and need to vent, all thats needed is a good ear to listen!! I enjoy being a part of this list very much and the people on the list have been of great service to me and I appreciate and respect everyone's opinion wether I agree or not. This list success depends on our respect for one another. See, now I am Venting, perhaps I am off base, thats O.K. I just hope someone was listening! : - )
