Agreed. I work part-time at a Mac shop in Manhattan. Yesterday was a steamer. I had a guy who got very unhappy and started venting over his repaired TiBook from Apple Depot (395 flat rate) because he didn't get a new logic board out of it. Turns out he had self-diagnosed his problem as the logic board and thought he would get a cheap repair. What he got was about 395 worth of repairs but different stuff than he thought. So he was unhappy and started damning apple and our store and said he wouldn't ever send people to us anymore... unreasonable, since we had nothing to do with the transaction other than shipping. It was his fault and he couldn't face up to that... -don
