I don't get what all the hullabaloo is about in the first place. Personally, I've never even USED iTools. I have an iTools account that was set up by a friend to help him transfer files from my computer to his when he did a format of my hard drive, but that's it. That's the only time I used it, and that was long before I even got this flat panel iMac. I've NEVER used it on THIS machine. What's so special about iTools that you can't get at other free services out there, anyway? John A.
