Or, perhaps since the button discussed in the help about converting to 'email-only' don't exist on the site yet (even for paid members), they merely haven't rolled out this functionality yet. I've already upgraded my account....... some people have speculated that the help-file's reference to making an email-only account is in relation to adding extra email accounts to an existing, paid .Mac account......
