Thanks alot Dennis, but I don't understand what you want me to do??? My
messages are short because I am busy dealing with issues like *this* all day
long, and send out sooooo many messages that I just try to stick to the
point. Furthermore, I checked the subscription dates of the people asking
about this "confirmation notice" issue and they had been members for many
months (one was a meember for almost a year). Long enough to know about it.
There really is no need to go wading through the archives looking for a post
that says exactly what we just posted. So I will recap:
There is a problem with Maclaunch that results in confirmation messages
gettting sent out to people already subscribed to certain lists. DO NOTHING.
just delete the message and move on with your life. Dan is aware of it and he
can't really do anything about it either, so he is working on his own
listserve software, and when that becomes info that list members need to know
he will let you know.
