Locate IE in the finder, single click on the icon:  IE can NOT be 
running when you do this.  With IE highlighted, command I from the 
keyboard, or under File-- Get Info command.  From the Drop Down menu 
in the middle, go to Memory.

Change the upper limit.

Close window
