There's no disinfection for Macs because it doesn't infect Macs.

The "W32" in its name means it infects Windows 32 systems.
Reading on at Symantec you see that it arrives as a (Windows) screen saver,
and runs as an (Windows) executable. If someone sent it to your Mac it
would just be an inert file and not propagate. 

Bogus "failure to deliver" messages sound more like Klez -- this virus
fakes its from address from those it finds on its host, so the real source
is obscured.
