Most web people should be using CSS(style sheets), at least I hope. As far
as my web pages I set the fonts at 14 or 12 at the lowest end. Of course
this is for 96DPI browser settings, most new browsers are using this now
especially in OSX. As the volunteer web person for our church I can assure
you that the web page looks the same on a mac or a PC. That's the beauty of
CSS.
