Yeah I agree with Mr. Ardelli, viruses are extremely rare, but they do exist. I have mucho importante stuff on my hard drive and I can't take that risk. Plus if that virus copies itself onto a disk that you share with people, bingo now they have the virus. And boy will they be upset with you. So if you buddy has important stuff on his hard drive, what can it hurt? I have Norton Anti-Virus 8.0 and it keeps itself up to date with the latest viruses.
