In my experience, no most mac compatible printers do not have OS X drivers
yet. Four of my printers were bought in the past year and only one is OS X
compatible (bought especially for that reason) and there is a question as to
whether or not it will be compatible wish 10.2 (if and when I get it
installed).
The good news is sooner or later they will probably have drivers
and if not printers are cheap now.
