I happen just to stumble over a freeware program that should suit your
needs. It is called Spark ME, and is the little brother in the Spark-suite
of TC Works, whoever they are (probably a well-known company to those who do
audio-stuff ;-). 

I don't have the URL for it, but a search at versiontracker.com will surely
find it for you. 

It will let you save files as AIFF, and hence you should be able to burn
your ordinary CD's using the output files.

I don't know if it will work on anything less than OS X, but I should guess
that they have different versions around.
