There's one... is your system powerful enough to handle Mac OS X? If so, you might benefit from making the leap. The problem will probably disappear completely, but even if it doesn't, having an application quit unexpectedly in Mac OS X does no harm. You don't have to restart the whole computer. Just relaunch the offending application. Mac OS X's protected memory gurantees that a crashing application won't corrupt the operating system in any way. John A.
