I am VERY interested to read the responses on this. I have the same problem. Same router, RoardRunner cable service and an iMac DVSE. Bought the router 1 year ago from our very reliable apple store. Could not get it to "work" - no connection from computer to internet. Everything works fine without the Asante. No help from Asante, no help from RoadRunner. And our very outstanding apple service people use DSL so they could not help either. Everyone blames everybody else. Now the router sits in the box - maybe there is an answer out there. Is there actually someone on this list who is using a cable service such as RoadRunner with the cable modem provided by the cable service AND has the Asante router in use as well? Much mahalo.
