Amber,
What version of AppleWorks are you running? AW 6.2.4 I hope. Have you
run the most recent firmware updates? I thought I had, but found there
was a more recent one available, and just installed it yesterday.
Mail tended to be a bit unstable for me under 10.1 especially when I
kept a large volume of old e-mail instead of archiving it.
