Download the desktop file you like to your desktop. From within Powerpoint, you simply "Insert" a "Picture from file." Most of these involve Mac technologies such as drag n drop (this applies to any quicktime-compatible image file, for example), and then there's the EXTREMELY nifty feature of being able to save your PP presentation as a Quicktime movie for easy distribution.
