Gerry, get "10 for X" from Aladdin Systems. It includes a lot of
useful utilities that give OS 10 some of the STANDARD Mac features
you mention: Windowshade X, Application Switcher Menu (ASM). The
price for the disc is less than buying the items individually. Also,
I found a program that puts the trash back on the desktop where it
belongs. I hated the Dock at first but now that I configured it to be
similar to Control Strip, it is tolerable. I have it reduced to the
smallest size possible, hidden, and parked in the lower right corner.

Sincerely,
Dennis
