I just bought a HP printer for my iMac and I need to get a "USB-compliant interface" cable. Before I go buy one, I'm wondering if with all the discussion regarding the smart disk and the USB port, do I need a powered hub? This is my first USB peripheral and might be my only one although my next burner will be USB if/when the other one goes out. iMac DV 400, 9.1, 640MB, 40G, dial-up, ethernet file share
