I still rely on using floppies quit a bit to share files with my Windows using colleagues at work. We email stuff to each other too but pass quite a bit of stuff back and forth with floppies. I invested in a Super Disk drive just so I could do this (iMac SE DVD). I only recently started using super disks for their larger capacity, but of course can't share these with my coworkers as their PCs, if anything, have Zip drives.
So my question is, if I get a CDRW for data and files, will those CDs be Mac formatted and therefore unreadable in my coworkers PC's CD ROMs? I'm needing to get a laptop and I'm going to have to be sharing files from and to this machine with my PC coworkers. Any suggestions?
