Nope. By default all CDs burned on Macs (using the built-in Disc Burner 
utility) are "hybrid" discs -- HFS and ISO9660. IOW, readable on both 
platforms without a hitch.

iBook or Tibook, either one have seamless Windows 
networking/filesharing, cross-platform CD burning etc.
